For All Orders

• When completing the order form or submitting an order, please add the name of the recipient, or an “attention” line, as well as the company or agency.
• Please provide both a shipping and billing address.
• Orders may not be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please include a street address with a P.O. Box address.
• The product code (it is an alpha-numerical code that precedes the price in the description of each product) must be entered on the order form or cited for each product ordered.

Sales Tax

Tax exempt organizations do not need to add sales tax. All others must add applicable sales tax for orders going to: California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington DC.

Returns Policy

Books in resalable condition (scratches, damaged covers, or dog-eared pages do not qualify as resalable condition) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All returns should be sent to:

All subscriptions may be cancelled at anytime with the remainder of the term refunded. (For example, if six months of a 12 month subscription were fulfilled at the time of cancellation, the refund would be for the remaining six months.) Looseleaf binders for subscription products do not have to be returned upon cancellation.

Academic Review Copies

Academic review copies are available for many of the book titles. When requesting a copy to review as a possible text for a course, send the request noting the course name, number of students, and academic address to:
