Train-the-Trainer Certification

If your organization is planning to train 100 or more people in a twelve-month time period you may benefit by certifying your own training facilitators.

Training for Results, our train-the-trainer certification and licensing program for leadership & professional skills, analytics, project management, and business analysis courses, provides you with a convenient and cost-effective way to use your own internal resources to deliver a specific training course. Through this program, we work with your qualified training facilitator candidates to train and certify them to deliver a course using leadership & professional skills, analytics, project management, or business analysis training materials licensed from Management Concepts.

Using diverse, highly-interactive exercises, training facilitator candidates learn how to deliver the content of a specific course while enhancing their skills in:

• Establishing credibility
• Connecting with learners
• Managing the learning environment
• Communicating and presenting effectively
• Using questioning skills
• Providing feedback and positive reinforcement
• Using training methods and media appropriately

Segments of the training will be videotaped, and individuals will receive feedback from one another, as well as from the certification facilitator.

Most of our leadership & professional skills, analytics, project management, and business analysis courses can be licensed on an annual basis and delivered by training facilitators who have been certified through our train-the-trainer certification program.
