in government contracts and business operations. Currently he is Chief Problem Solver
for Certified Contracting Solutions, LLC, in Denver. In 2005 he completed an assignment
for the Department of Energy where he successfully led a $2.5 billion proposal for a
five-year contract extension. He is a Fellow with the National Contract Management Association.
