Q. What are the Analytics Certificate Program requirements?
The Analytics Certificate Program consists of 5 core courses and 1 elective. You must complete all the program requirements within three years of the first day of the first course taken for Analytics Certificate Program credit.

Q. Do the Core courses have to be taken in sequence in order to receive certificate program credit for them?
The Core courses do not have a required order, though we recommend the following sequence:

  1. Analytics Boot Camp
  2. Data Collection Techniques
  3. Data Analysis and Modeling Techniques
  4. Evaluating and Presenting Analysis Results
  5. Analytics Capstone

We strongly recommend that participants take Analytics Boot Camp prior to any other courses.

Q. Can I receive credit for a Management Concepts course that I attended prior to enrolling in the Analytics Certificate Program?
You may count courses up to year prior to enrolling in the program, as long as you meet the requirements for full attendance. You must complete the Analytics Certificate Program within three years from the first day of the first class you take.

Q. May I substitute other Management Concepts courses for required curriculum?
The curriculum for the Analytics Certificate Program was carefully selected to provide a solid foundation. Other Management Concepts courses do not count toward this certificate program.

Q. In order to satisfy the curriculum requirements for the Analytics Certificate Program, may I transfer credit from courses I have taken elsewhere?
Management Concepts considers credit transfer requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your Program Coordinator by email or call 888.545.8571 for further details.
