Introduction to Life Cycle Logistics

Overview

Discover common logistics processes and how each one contributes to effective and efficient life cycle logistics. In this course you will gain an understanding of each common process and how each has to be balanced to achieve optimum life cycle logistics performance. A capstone exercise will enable participants to identify life cycle processes and action items within a case study. This is the fifth course in the Management Concepts Supply Chain Management Credentials Program.
