Team Effectiveness

Overview

CCL's Team Effectiveness Framework focuses on 4 components that are essential to high-performing teams: Core, Collective Mindset, Cohesive Relationships, and Connection.

In this team leadership workshop, participants work together in groups to learn key concepts and apply best practices with their own teams. Whether delivered to an intact team or participants from different teams, this workshop helps participants assess and strengthen their teams’ effectiveness.

This workshop is delivered in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) and facilitated by a Management Concepts instructor who brings a federal context to the content.

Who Attends

Team Effectiveness is designed for team leads, supervisors, managers, and senior leaders who lead teams or have responsibility for strengthening team effectiveness and performance.
