FPM 121: Fundamentals of Project and Program Management
Overview
Learn how successful project managers overcome the collaboration and communication challenges that come with being a member of an integrated project team. You will participate in exercises that reinforce concepts learned in the prerequisite course. You will craft and communicate solutions to simulated project management challenges, including identifying capability gaps and selecting a solution. This course follows successful completion of the online FPM 120 (Part I) entry-level fundamentals course and FPM 120A & 120B (Acquisition Fundamentals of Project and Program Management).
