Federal Real Property Lease Law

Overview

Learn to identify and avoid legal problems as a Leasing Contracting Officer (LCO) by understanding the proper legal principles that apply to daily leasing activities. You will work extensively with the clauses typically found in federal leases, including GSA Template 3517B. You will review case studies around actual Comptroller General and court decisions, and learn to apply that knowledge to the work you carry out every day.
