This extremely popular day-long training event sold out for the second year in a row, with 1,400 members of the defense financial management (FM) community coming together for continuing education opportunities and to hear the latest developments from Department of Defense (DoD) leadership.

With Congress mandating in the FY 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that the defense community achieve a clean audit by 2028, the urgency for improving financial processes has never been greater. Success in this effort requires collaboration across all levels and functional areas within DoD, ensuring that financial, acquisition, logistics, and operational communities work together to strengthen audit readiness.
