Questions about Courses at the Washington, DC, training center

Q: Which airport do you recommend?

The closest airport to Management Concepts Washington, D.C., training center is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. It is accessible by metrorail and bus, as well as by car, Washington Flyer buses, limousines, and taxicabs.

Q: Which hotel do you recommend?

If your class is being held at a hotel, please contact the hotel in advance and ask for the Management Concepts rate.

If your class is being held at the Management Concepts Washington, DC, training center, you can choose from one of several hotels listed on our web site under Hotel and Travel Information.

Q: How do I get to the D.C. office?

Our office is located directly across the street from the Farragut West Metro station on the Orange and Blue lines. When leaving Metro take the 18th Street exit. The Farragut North station, which is on the Red line, is only a short 3-block walk to our office.

Q: Where do I park?

There are several parking garages located close to our building. Parking fees range from $10 to $13 per day. We suggest that you take the Metro whenever possible.

Q: What time does your office open?

Our office opens at 7:00 a.m. and classes begin at 8:00 a.m.

Q: How can my office reach me?

The DC Office phone number is (202) 955-1008. Our receptionist will post messages for you on the message board located in the student lounge. Classes are interrupted only in an emergency.

Q: Where can I eat lunch?

Lunch breaks are one hour long. A food court is located across the street from our building in the Farragut West metro station. There are also several restaurants and delis within walking distance.

Q: Are classes canceled in severe weather?

Weather-related class delays and cancellations are announced by 6:00 am on the day of the class. For information on delays and cancellations, please call at 703.790.9595 and press 8 or visit our website at for updates.
If you are unable to attend class due to the weather, please call our Registration Department to reschedule your training or to make up any missed time.

Q: What can I do in my spare time?

Washington, DC, galleries, shops, offices, and cultural attractions are just minutes away by car or Metro.
