Your Pathway To A Digital Services Credential (DITAP) (formerly FAC-C-DS) Via The DITAP Training Program

Successful completion of Management Concepts’ Digital IT Acquisition Professional (DITAP) Training Program provides motivated, trailblazing acquisition professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to design innovative and flexible procurements for digital services and to understand how to serve as change ambassadors within their organizations.

Contracting personnel who are either FAC-C Professional or Legacy FAC-C Level II or III certified with at least two years of experience and who are assigned to acquisitions consisting primarily of digital services over FAR 13.500(c) thresholds are required to attend the DITAP Training Program. FAC-COR Level II/III and FAC-P/PM Level II/III holders assigned to acquisitions consisting primarily of digital services over FAR 13.500(c) thresholds are encouraged to attend DITAP training to create a cohesive team that fully understands how to buy digital services.

Candidates can earn their DITAP Certificate from Management Concepts through successful completion of our Digital IT Acquisition Professional (DITAP) Training Program, a professional development journey comprised of self-directed, guided and applied learning, classroom instruction, case studies, shadowing, guest speakers, and hands-on skills building through a live digital assignment group project. Additionally, interested students who successfully complete the DITAP Training Program may then apply for the Digital Services Credential (DITAP) (formerly FAC-C-DS) through the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI) Credential Program.

The Management Concepts DITAP Program Difference

With more than 50 years of experience in educating the acquisition workforce, we have a deep understanding of how to design, deliver, and administer a high-quality learning and development solution. Our DITAP Program is built to develop acquisition workforce members who buy digital services to their highest ability and aligns with the Program developed by both OFPP and USDS.

We blend curated content with expert instruction, self-directed learning, and innovative activities like shadowing and stakeholder engagement that help students see digital procurement through the eyes of their customers. Our engagement activities help students connect and network with other contracting professionals, while a Live Digital Assignment (LDA) group project and periodic assessments along the way support knowledge retention. Our DITAP Program delivers to acquisition workforce professionals the most up-to-date knowledge, enhanced soft skills, a DITAP Training Certificate, and 80 CLPs upon completion of the entire Program, and prepares those who are eligible to apply for the Digital Services Credential (DITAP) (formerly FAC-C-DS).
