*Special Note on Course Length: In total, the facilitator-led portion of the program is about 17½ hours. The Federal Leadership Development Program is a 5-day, research-based immersive training for mid-level leaders, available both online or in person. A deeply personal, feedback-intense, transformative learning experience, this world-class professional development for leaders helps give you clear perspective on who you are and how to thrive, both personally and professionally. It also equips you to forge a clear path forward in your career—with support for whatever the future may hold.

This unique program combines the proven techniques and world-class content of the Center for Creative Leadership® (CCL®) with Management Concepts’ expertise in successfully developing Federal leaders in support of their mission.

*Special Note on Course Length: In total, the facilitator-led portion of the program is about 40 hours. The program combines five days of high-touch live sessions, moderated asynchronous support for five weeks, and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Registration must be finalized 6 weeks before the workshop date. There is a welcome session and mandatory pre-work that must be completed 4 weeks prior to the workshop date, otherwise your registration will be transferred into the next open session.
