In a Virtual course, students participate from their homes or offices while viewing a PowerPoint presentation and listening as the instructor delivers the course live online. Students in the online classroom can communicate with the instructor, and they can collaborate and work together in groups using audio and chat.
To make sure that the enabling technology doesn’t interfere with the instruction, every virtual class is assigned a dedicated Management Concepts Producer. Learn more about their role here.
"Although I had been unsure what to expect from my first virtual training course, I have to say I really enjoyed it. I had two concerns going into the class: group participation and technology issues. The breakout rooms worked well for group work and the online exam process was easy. I would definitely take additional virtual training with Management Concepts."
