*Special Note on Course Length: In total, the facilitator-led portion of the program is about 17½ hours. There is a 90-minute kick-off session one week prior to the course start date and then 4 hours of live instruction per each of the 4 class days. *Special Note on Course Length: In total, the program is about 36 hours in length spanning across 4½ days. There will be 28 hours of live instruction and 8 hours of homework/asynchronous collaboration. 4.5 hours of coaching occurs outside the scheduled program (one 60-minute session prior to the program, one 90-minute session one to two weeks after the program, and two 60-minute sessions between one and three months after the program).
